1) Has my order been taken into account?

Upon acceptance of your payment, you are redirected to a payment confirmation page. You will then see a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order. If you have not received this email, please check your email spam folder. If necessary, we invite you to contact our service indicating the date and the amount of the order.

2) Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?

After receiving the confirmation email for your order, you can no longer cancel it or modify it. You will however be able to return the items after receipt for a refund. The return costs will then be at your expense.

3) When will my order be shipped?

For products in stock, your order will be processed within one working day after validation.

However, even if we do our best to process your order as soon as possible, in the event of a resumption of activity, such as during collection launches, or in the event of force majeure (power cuts, adverse weather conditions, etc.), the weather treatment and shipping of your order may exceptionally be extended. We promise, we do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

For products sold in pre-order (out of stock), the delivery time will be communicated to you on the product page.

3) When do you accept returns?

We accept the return of your order within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any complaints.

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund cannot be made.

GUARANTEE

1) How does the 2 year warranty work on the irons?

The product is warranted against any failure resulting from a defect in workmanship or materials ONLY. This warranty is for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The defective product will be replaced during this warranty period.
